We expect you to keep up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends as a Social Media Manager. Communication skills are essential, and you should be able to express the company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage our social media presence to make sure our website gets a lot of traffic, and we have no problems engaging our customers.
Responsibilities:-
- Assess the current trend of benchmarking and audience preferences
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
- that includes specific objectives and ROI measures
- Creating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (original texts, photos, videos, news))
- Monitoring SEO and website traffic metrics
- Maintain brand consistency by collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service
- Monitor customer reviews and communicate with followers
- Ensure online accounts are designed (such as Facebook covers, profile pictures and blog layouts).
- Promote the brand through promotions and competitions, and suggest and implement new features to do so
- Know about the latest technologies, design tools, and applications in social media
Requirements and skills:-

- Working in the content management field
- With excellent copywriting skills
- Able to create creative content (text, image, video)
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and keyword research
